| GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ISSUING VISAS |
As of April 1st, 2010, applications for visa will be made on-line by
accessing the following site:
https://scedv.serpro.gov.br
Applicant must fill the form and print the receipt. The signed receipt shall be presented to the Consular Officer at the Consular Section of the Embassy together with a picture and all other necessary documents.
Following are the general requirements for issuing visas to Egyptian citizens. The Consular
Section reserves the right to require any additional document not mentioned
in the general requirements:
Observation:
- Nationals of Eritrea and Somalia. Please check with the Consular Section for exact application procedures prior to applying.
1. Visa form filled out in English. CLICK HERE
2. One photograph (passport size/clear back);
3. Valid passport (minimum six months);
4. Round-trip airway ticket to Brazil;
5. Statement of personal bank account for the past three months;
6. Letter from applicant’s employer stating labour commitment;
7. Interview with Consular Authority;
8. Payment of Consular fees. (Please check with Consular Section for exact value).
Business Visa:
1. Visa form filled out in English. CLICK HERE
2. One photograph (passport size/clear back);
3. Valid passport (minimum six months);
4. Round-trip airway ticket to Brazil;
5. Letter from the employing company stating purpose of trip and duration of stay;
6. Letter of invitation from counterpart in Brazil;
7. Interview with Consular Authority;
8. Payment of Consular fees. (Please check with Consular Section for exact value)
